How to Use this Tracker

Track your workouts, meals, and water intake so that you can plan

Use this tracker to write down your workouts and meals after you've done them.  This will give you an idea of where you're at, what's working or not working, and allow you to use that information to plan ahead.  

Once you've tracked your habits for a week or two, then you can use the same printable to PLAN:

Plan your workouts

Plan your week so you don't get off track.  Use this printable tracker to make a workout plan.  What workout will you do each day?  Will you run, lift weights, do yoga, or something else?  

At what time and for how long will you workout?  Planning these things ahead of time will hold you more accountable because you know exactly what you'll do and when you'll do it.

Plan your healthy meals by writing them down at the beginning of the week so that there are no questions or decisions that have to be made when you're hungry.  Being prepared will help you to make better food choices.
